Not so long ago, in 1991, I came across a press release announcing a workshop on children's book illustration to be sponsored by the Philippine Board on Books for Young People (PBBY) and the Goethe Institute.

Inactive/unpaid members who have not paid the InK annual fees will be given notices regarding their membership status. Non-response will result in their names being removed from the Official InK Membership Directory.
